So Let’s Get This Party Started!
Warm over a low flame
- 6- 8 ounces Elmhurst Unsweetened Walnut Milk/Oat Milk/Almond Milk – Good for brain health. (Avoid the microwave – it zaps the nutrients from your food)
- 2 Teaspoons (or to taste) Organic Cocoa Powder – Natures Superfood
½ teaspoon each:
- Reishi Mushroom Powder
- Lions Mane Mushroom Powder
- Cordyceps Mushroom Powder
- Chaga Pure Mushroom Powder
- Maitake Pure Mushroom Powder
- Shitake Mushroom Powder
Mushrooms will help you live long and prosper!
Next, add in:
Organic Sweetener options include:
One or two teaspoons of one of the following:
- Maple syrup
- Coconut Sugar
- Monk Fruit Sweetener – Zero Glycemic
- Just Date Syrup
Want to add a little more fun? Add some home made whipped Cream.
- Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
- A capful of vanilla extract (or to taste)
- A touch of Monk Fruit Sweetener if you want. I usually leave it out.
- Add to your favorite whipped cream dispenser – Stainless Steel please – avoid the aluminum please for a healthier brain
