Our Functional Food Program will show you how chemical-free living can have a transformational impact on your nervous system, brain health, physical and emotional well-being. Through our practical, real-world tutorials you will learn to adopt a food-as-medicine mindset and an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, resulting in increased energy, mental acuity, and possibly weight loss. There are sections on cholesterol, blood sugar levels, gut health and toxic free living.
Personal (Self-Paced + Virtual Coaching)
The course instructor can customize the sessions based upon your personal health needs. Time to take control of your health! You will receive Pre-work that you can immediately download after purchase that includes the film and the quiz you will take. After completion, you will receive 8 virtual sessions. Four 1 hour sessions and four 30 minute sessions.
Family Package (Self-Paced + Virtual Coaching + Family Member)
