There are sections on cholesterol, blood sugar levels, gut health and toxic free living.

You will receive Pre-work that you can immediately download after purchase that includes the film and the quiz you will take. After completion, you will receive 8 virtual sessions. Four 1 hour sessions and four 30 minute sessions.
