Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1¾ cups organic heavy cream organic (alternatives include Elmhurst 1925 Cashew Milk)
1¼ cup 1/2 and 1/2 organic creamer (alternatives include Elmhurst 1925 Cashew Milk)
3 organic egg yolks
1/2 cup organic coconut sugar or 1/4 cup organic coconut sugar and 1/4 cup date syrup (alternatives include Monk Fruit, Stevia, Honey, and Maple Syrup)
⅛ teaspoon Celtic sea salt (alternatives include Pink Himalayan Sea Salt)
1 tablespoon organic vanilla extract or 4 drops of vanilla essential oil
2 tablespoons of OM Mushroom vanilla powder (alternatives include Brain MD Mushroom Powder)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into a glass bowl. Whisk mixture until well blended and then gently pour into your Cuisinart ice cream makers. Follow the directions on your icecream maker. It takes about 20 – 30 minutes before it is ready to serve.
- Transfer the finished ice cream to an airtight container and place in the freezer until ready to serve.
- You can sprinkle Stevia Chocolate Chips and Date Syrup on top if you want. We add granola sometimes too!
